Youth TimeBanking (Youth ARE) is a non-profit organization that offers youth service opportunities to give back, earn rewards, and strengthen community ties. Through TimeBanking, youth engage in a system of giving and receiving using time credits as currency, fostering connection and involvement within their communities.
YTB faced a significant challenge in effectively communicating its mission, demonstrating its impact, and sharing success stories to enhance engagement and boost donations from sponsors and collaborators. Additionally, the organization required a robust method for collecting data to monitor the progress of its youth members, aiming to customize support more effectively. To address these issues, we initiated a comprehensive overhaul of their outdated website. This revamp was designed to more accurately reflect YTB's varied projects and their tangible impacts in an easily understandable and accessible manner. We also emphasized the importance of engagement by showcasing various ways individuals could contribute, alongside enhancing transparency regarding the allocation of donations. In terms of the app enhancement, we not only updated the content and improved accessibility features but also integrated a series of forms, assessments, quizzes, and surveys. These additions were specifically aimed at facilitating the tracking of youth members' progress, enabling YTB to offer more tailored support.
