YTB Global is a non-profit focused on creating youth-adult partnerships through time banking. Youth are encouraged to build social connections, earn time credits and then receive resources for their community contributions.
YTB Global had two websites that they were using to communicate their nonprofit. The goal of this project was to create a redesigned website that combined both websites.
The redesign focused on making access to the relevant information easy and intuitive as the existing sites were very content-heavy.

During our initial meetings with the client, we learnt about YTB Globalβs goals for the website redesign. Through the website, they hoped to highlight youth contributions through blogs and newsletters. It was also important to communicate the various projects and program locations. Our client had a lot of ideas, so we also had to determine the scope of what we could accomplish.
We took a look at the 2 existing websites to understand the current problems and pain points. We found some opportunities to explore. Our key takeaways was that our redesign needed to focus on the following points
maintaining cohesion and consistency
having a clear hierarchy
consistent brand design
having clear CTAs and takeaways
condensing the information + making it more digestible
improving overall content organization
